Terms of Service

Prices are subject to change on demand.
I have the right to reject any order I do not feel comfortable with doing for any reason.
1. Payments
All commissions must be paid in full upfront.
Payments must be done through Paypal, Cash App, or in Lindens.
Prices are in USD$, €, and Lindens.
Please do not send me funds before I have agreed to give you a slot.
2. Progress & Delivery
I will discuss the project with you before any work begins.
a detailed description of what you want drawn must be explained before the artwork is started.
Payment discussion will occur after the detail process.
3. Copyright & Usage Policy
As the artist of the artwork, I claim the rights to the art, However the Buyers are allowed to share it as long as proper credit is given. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
Post a screenshot of the work I make for you on other social media.
The buyer is not allowed to:
post it for commercial use on other sites unless agreed upon before hand. (however they are allowed to post it for personal usage)
the buyer is not allowed to edit the art in anyway and claim it as their own.
The buyer is not forced to give credit, but it would be nice.
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing or using the final Artwork and commercially making money off it in any way, shape, or form; Claiming the Artwork as your own; Erasing my signature from the Artwork or Texture; Editing or modifying the artwork or the texture and then claiming it as your own.
I reserve the full rights to the Artwork and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon.
4. Refund Policy
There is a NO Refund Policy. I'm sorry to state this but once you pay for the product then that means it is finalized there is no take backs.
